I love gathering around the table to share life, faith, and wellness with friends and family.

I’m a follower of Jesus, a wife, mom, grandma, and longtime wellness enthusiast. After years of living below the wellness line, I made a lifestyle shift in 2010—and everything changed.

From the food I eat to the products I use, this journey has been one of intentional, faith-led transformation.

Here at my kitchen table, I’ll share simple, healthy recipes, practical wellness tips, and the mindset shifts that helped me create a life that honors the Lord in all I do. So pull up a chair—let’s talk faith, food, and living well together.

If you're looking for a fresh, clean twist on the traditional holiday cranberry sauce—this recipe might just become your new favorite!

It’s made with whole, nourishing ingredients, no refined sugar, and flavored with the vibrant taste of Young Living Orange Vitality Essential Oil. I’ve been making variations of this sauce for years, and this version is by far the most flavorful—and family-approved!

Ingredients:

  • 3 (8 oz) packages of organic fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups organic red grapes, halved
  • 1½ cups powdered SweetLeaf Indulge (Allulose, stevia, and monk fruit blend)
  • 4 drops Young Living Orange Vitality Essential Oil
If you don’t have Orange Vitality oil on hand, you can substitute orange juice for the water during cooking. That’s how I made it for years, and it’s still tasty—but the flavor from the essential oil is truly next level!

Instructions:

  1. Wash your cranberries and grapes well.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, halved grapes, and water.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the fruit is soft and starts to break down.
  4. Use a potato masher to gently mash the mixture once the cranberries and grapes are tender.
  5. (Optional) Run the mixture through a food mill if you prefer a smoother, jelly-like consistency without fruit peels.
  6. Stir in the powdered sweetener and bring the sauce to a light boil for about 1 minute.
  7. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and stir in 4 drops of Young Living Orange Vitality oil.
  8. Transfer the sauce to glass jars—not only do they store the sauce safely with essential oils, but they also preserve the flavor beautifully.

Ladonna’s Tips:

  • Always use glass jars when storing anything made with essential oils—especially citrus oils, which can break down plastic.
  • This cranberry sauce is amazing served warm, chilled, or even spread on a slice of almond flour bread or over plain yogurt.
  • It's a great make-ahead dish and tastes even better the next day after the flavors have melded.

Why I Love This Recipe

This simple dish is a beautiful example of how whole foods and essential oils can come together to create something nourishing and delicious. And like so many of the changes I’ve made over the years, it started with a desire to care for my family in a more intentional, natural way.

Meet Terry & Ladonna Beals

After meeting one another at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, we were married in May of 1980. That same year, Terry stepped into his lifelong calling as a pastor.

Together, we raised four children, and while some were still living at home, we discovered Young Living in 2009. It was during this season that Ladonna attended a class at a friend’s home and experienced the Raindrop Technique® for the first time. That moment sparked a new chapter in our wellness journey—and it became a legacy.

Since then, Young Living has become a cherished family tradition. All of our children are now Young Living members, and our grandchildren love the oils too!

We’re passionate about helping others discover the joy of living with wellness, purpose, and abundance. Young Living has given us the foundation to do just that—and we believe it can do the same for you.

In our free time, you’ll find us enjoying life’s simple pleasures. Ladonna loves reading, cooking, going on walks, and mentoring women. Terry enjoys woodworking, gardening, and watching history documentaries.

At our age, we could be officially retired… but we’re still joyfully engaged with family, church, and Young Living—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’d love to walk alongside you in your wellness journey!

A Note from Ladonna

There are literally thousands of people doing Young Living these days, and you have lots of choices when deciding whose team you’d like to join.

I’m personally inviting you to join me, and here’s why...

I began my journey with oils and a whole new approach to wellness in November of 2009. After years of reading and research, I finally knew I had to take action to truly live life to the fullest.

Since then, I’ve built a wide base of knowledge about oils, supplements, health, and life in general. I’m a longtime mentor, and I provide solid, ongoing support. My team members quickly become my friends—and I’m here for them every step of the way.

When you join Young Living, you’re not just getting products—you’re joining a COMMUNITY. And it matters who your sponsor is. You want someone who is responsive, helpful, and committed to your success.

Join me—I will support you!
